After developing the charismatic H2 Atlantis bronze, Hentschel had the idea to build an exclusive Atlantis platinum series. A great technical challenge, because the architecture of the Atlantis watch case is characterized by particularly filigree structures and various surface textures.
Connoisseurs know that platinum is fundamentally very difficult to process due to its special material properties, so Atlantis requires a true master builder - of course also "Made in Germany".
After two years of development, Hentschel was able to hold the first case of the H2 Atlantis Platinum in his hands and was immediately impressed by the noble play of colors and the impressive feel of the heavy platinum case. 12 blued screws frame the deep blue, slightly curved dial.
The elaborately finished, hand-wound manufacture caliber HUW 1130 Platinum is reserved exclusively for the H2 Atlantis Platinum. Only the colors that determine the design of the dial side are used consistently in the movement.
Harmony in all details: The gears, the screwed gold chatons, the swing system - and as a further special feature the clockwork finishing made of black rhodium, which changes in different anthracite tones.
