The Andesite Solar Disk from Transylvanian ancient site of Sarmizegetusa Regia is at the core of the Peren Hintz Watch. The Solar Disk it was a part of a complex time measuring device and a sanctuary dedicated to the Solar Cult.

The integration of the Solar Disk into the Peren Hintz watch is meant to emphasize the continuity of the perennial philosophy from ancient Transylvania to the present time.

Mechanical movement

Although self-winding movements has largely prevailed over hand wound movements, the core watch lovers out there have a heart that beats for the original version with a winding crown.

It becomes a veritable ritual for a genuine watch lover to wind his watch every day while creating a special relationship with his wrist partner and learn to appreciate its inner complex world.

Because there is no rotor as on a self-winding movement, the hand-wound movement can exhibit its complex mechanism.
